The Locum Pharmacist - Michael O' Donnell
My name is Michael O'Donnell. I am an experienced locum pharmacist working in and around Sydney, the Central Coast to Newcastle and the Blue Mountains. I am based at Westleigh (Pennant Hills) near the M2-M7 and M1 (F3). I am available for days, weeks or long term bookings or a permanent position. I am happy to do country work for blocks of up to one week at a time. For work within commuting distance of up to 90 minutes I am happy for any size block of time. I have 42 years pharmacy management experience having owned two pharmacies, O'Donnell's Pharmacy at Top Ryde Shopping Centre and at Newport. I have been working as a locum since 2008 and have worked in more than 300 pharmacies. I am a patient focused pharmacist who enjoys working out on the floor. I am comfortable working in a busy environment and have worked in some of the largest dispensaries in NSW like Roy Young's at Chatswood, Soul Pattinson 160 Pitt Street and some others in the country dispensing more than 1500 prescriptions per day. I am experienced with most dispensing software including Fred, Zed, Lockie LOTS, Mountaintop, MINFOS, CDC, MyScript, Retail Manager and ScriptPro and their point of sale systems.
